2. Clean burners and inspect heat exchanger
3. Lubricate motors as necessary
4. Check for combustion leaks and proper draft
5. Test safety shut-off response
6. Check and program thermostat(s)
7. Check electrical connections for tightness
8. Inspect vent pipe for integrity
9. Check for gas/oil leaks
10. Change air filters

Gas fired

1. Clean, test and adjust automatic controls

7. Check/service expansion tank
8. Check electrical connections for tightness
9. Inspect backflow preventer/safety valve

7. Inspect main vent and radiator vents
8. Check electrical connections for tightness
9. Inspect backflow preventer and relief valve
10. Clean sight glass
11. Inspect vent pipe for integrity
12. Check for gas/oil leaks
13. Check and program thermostat(s)

1. Clean condenser coil and remove leaves
2. Check electrical connections for tightness
3. Adjust system for optimum cooling
4. Check for oil or refrigerant leaks
5. Check safety devices
6. Check and adjust blowers
7. Check expansion valve and coil temperature
8. Change air filter
9. Check refrigerant level
10. Lubricate as necessary
11. Check condensate drain

1. Check and adjust water pressure
2. Check main service cutoff valve
3. Flush water heater of sediment
4. Check water heater safety relief valve, temperature setting, draft, and smoke pipe condition
5. Check for gas or oil leaks on exposed piping
6. Inspect washing machine hoses for potential burst spots
7. Check and adjust water levels in toilets
8. Check piping below all sinks
9. Test sump pump
10. Clean or replace standard sink aerators
